Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds

We only offer refunds or replacements on damaged, defective or wrong items received. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 15 days after your order has been received to report any issues.

Start A Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@endlessautonomy.com. Please send us photo and/or video attachment of the damages of your item(s). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Before returning, make sure the item(s) are in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return has been received, you will be refunded back to original payment during checkout within 7-10 business days. If a replacement is chosen, there will be no additional cost.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@endlessautonomy.com.
